| SpCrossreactivity | The antibodies used in this kit are not specific for any IgG subtype (IgG1, IgG2, etc.). This kit is also specific to IgG and does not show any significant reactivity to Dog IgA, IgM, IgE or other serum proteins. Dog CRP ELISA kit species cross reactivity was tested with the purified animal IgG at 250 ng/ml: Human 20%, and Guinea Pig 114%.
